Payment/ Delivery/ Returns
Delivery
ICE offers FREE UK mainland delivery on ALL orders, items will be sent by Royal Mail normally arriving with customers within 5 - 7 working days however some items may take up to 21 days depending upon stock availabilty at the time of ordering.
International orders will be subject to a charge dependant on destination country, however, we aim to be as fair as possible with delivery prices and do not profit from the delivery charges. *Please note* whilst this is not a guarantee of service, it is the standard we always aspire to. (Feed back on delivery time is always welcome to help us refine our service even more)
We will only ship to the delivery address supplied to us upon completion of checkout
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. We will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs as soon as the warehouse has handled your return. Please also note that you should inspect the products within a reasonable time after their receipt as you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you have notified us within 7 days after receipt of the products that they are rejected.
Returns
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please email us at returns@icedesignerwear.com to inform us to expect a return. Additionally, we request that you insert an advice note to explain the reason for the return and if an exchange is required. Returns without prior email notification will be refused. Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 10 days after receipt. A refund or exchange will be given provided that they are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging and the product must be suitable for resale. A £4 minimum handling charge applies for non fault returns. (Non fault refunds always exclude our actual postage and packing charges.) Refunds can take up to 10 working days, however, in normal circumstances they will be handled as soon as we can. Our descriptions of products are generalisations; we do not guarantee the "suitability" of goods for any specific person or use.
